The copper-based thread grease, which is known a solid lubricant con-taining great amount of copper particles and other substances, has the flexibility between lead-based grease and zinc-based grease, being heat-resistant and conductive and with its performance superior than most lead-based and zinc-based thread grease. It has excellent resis-tance to viscosity, sintering, vibration and good lubrication effects, as well as excellent tightness to prevent corrosion.
Application
Copper-based thread grease, which is used forlubricating bolt connectors under high tempera-ture and corrosion, applies to prevent the pipeelines with corrosion, blockage and bonding. If applied to the flange and components on superhealted steam line and screwed fittings of dis-charge pipe and combustion chamber, the grease can reach the optimal proportion of initial torque and fastening torque of screw rod, and guaraniee damage-free disassembly of pipes. Applicable to bad environment with high temperature or corrosion.
