Performance Characteristics

1.Electric drive rock pipe jacking machine, mainly suitable for gravel, pebble, a small amount of boulder and rock strata.

2. The cutter has high power and is equipped with large torque reducer, which has strong rock breaking abilty.

3.The main jacking unit has fine adjustment mode,which can achieve millimeter level precision adjust-

ment per minute, meeting the construction requirements of extremely hard rock stratum.

4. The mud injection and discharging system can realize five mud circulation modes, including internal

circulation, external circulation, bypass,external water supply and direct discharge, which can effective-ly solve the problems of slag deposition and high pipe friction.

5. It is equipped with retractable anti-rotation device to effectively solve the problem of easy rotation of

articulated shield in the process of rock formation construction.
