XCMG XG600E underground diaphragm wall hydraulic grab arrival construction - stabilizing "grasping" foundation

         XG600E diaphragm wall hydraulic grab independently developed by XCMG foundation has been successfully offline. It is the largest tonnage diaphragm wall hydraulic grab in China and the deepest grooved diaphragm wall product in China. It was born with the development of underground continuous wall structure to ultra thick and ultra deep direction. The whole machine design attaches great importance to human care, which greatly improves the operation comfort and safety while ensuring the stability and reliability. The maximum lifting force of 60 tons ensures that it can perfectly realize the construction of 105m deep and 1.5m thick underground wall.

         After the assembly and commissioning of XG600E underground diaphragm wall hydraulic grab, it attracted the onlookers of the construction unit: the equipment has novel design, atmospheric appearance, high stability of crawler walking device, centralized lubrication system is adopted for the whole machine, and cameras are configured to monitor the steel wire rope and the rear of the equipment. After the completion of the guide wall for construction, the project department immediately arranged XG600E for construction. With the configured heavy-duty push plate grab and its advanced control system, it took only 6 hours to complete the construction of a pair of slot holes with high standards.
